In order to take care of you and maintain capacity control inside the terminals, airport authorities may not allow you to enter the facilities more than 2 hours in advance if you travel on a domestic flight or 3 hours if it is an international flight. Arrive at the airport well in advance and try to have all requirements ready to enter the facility in an agile way and without setbacks.
Remember that only traveling passengers may enter the airport and must show their boarding pass (digital or printed) or proof of purchase of the ticket upon entry. A companion may enter only for minors who are traveling alone or people with special assistance requirements.

At Viva we offer you the web check-in service at no additional cost, which you can do from 48 up until to 2 hours before the scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours before your international flights. *
If you make changes to your reservation after you have checked-in, you must do the whole process again.
You can take your boarding pass digitally on your cell phone or physically (printed), whichever option you prefer!
If you have already done yourcheck-in via our website, you can go directly to the boarding gate area without having to go to the Viva counter at the airport. But keep in mind! If you have to check luggage in the cargo hold, have a special medical situation, require assistance and / or bring a pet, you must go through our counter at the airport to finalize your check-In process.
If you did not carry out the online Check-in process yourself within the timeframe mentioned above, we offer you the check-in service at the airport. We will do it for you, and we will give you your boarding pass on the day of your flight at an additional cost.
