Time

For domestic flights, you can buy your tickets up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight at the airports of:

• Bogotá D.C.
• Medellín.

And for international flights, you can purchase your tickets up to 3 hours before the scheduled flight time.

Passenger service counters

As we are a low-cost airline, we do not have continuous customer service counters at the airports, we only open service during the hours that we have departing or arriving flights.

Our team is available at the passenger service counter from 2 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight, until one hour after its departure.
